End of Year Closure (23/12/19 – 8/1/20)

Like everybody, we are looking forward to the holiday period and are planning to take some time off to spend some time with our families and recharge the batteries for a big 2020. Officially we will be closing on Monday the 23rd of December 2019 at 1pm and reopening for business on Wednesday the 8th of January 2020 at 6.00am. We will have skeleton staff on during this period so if you have any urgent queries or orders, please call your dedicated Zanda account manager and they will direct you accordingly.

We take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for your support throughout the past year. We are humbled by the increased level of business we have received in 2019 and don’t take it for granted.

Looking back, some of our greatest achievements for the year 2019 include;

  1. Successful relocation to new Perth premises which has increased productivity and efficiencies.
  2. Graphite Nickel product launch. The new gun-metal style finish is taking the door hardware market by storm.
  3. Website upgraded to funnel orders through our key distributors. Current feedback is very positive.
  4. Dramatic improvement in our DIFOT numbers through astute procurement and improvement of warehouse efficiency.
  5. Verve Elite product launch. A new range of long flush pulls up to 1000mm to fill a huge gap in the Australian market.
  6. Record sales growth through a laser like focus on our target customer, improving the customer experience and further differentiating the product offering.
  7. Highest ever number of telesales/appointments activity on record.
  8. Installation of solar power – helping the environment and cutting electricity bills!
  9. New 32 page retail handout brochure released.
  10. Successful setup of an international offshore office in South East Asia.

In 2020, you should expect to receive even more from Zanda. There are a lot of exciting developments on the horizon so stay tuned as we continue to scale for growth.
