The Zanda sales team had an excellent response whilst exhibiting at the The-Arc Sydney Interiors Event. This was held at the Ivy Ballroom by Merivale, in the Sydney CBD.
It was a great opportunity to network with design peers, engage with suppliers and gain insights into future design trends.
Of particular interest to the Sydney based architects and interior designers was our range of different architectural hardware finishes we stock.
The fact Zanda offers everything in these finishes, from hinges to even the door closers is a massive point of difference in the door hardware industry.
The feedback received on our recently released graphite nickel door handles was extremely positive. Graphite Nickel (also known as Gunmetal) fits into the middle of both Brushed Nickel and Matt Black – almost a Gun-metal grey style finish. It suits an industrial look but is also soft enough to work with more natural materials like timber. It’s experienced a huge surge in popularity and is now at the forefront of interior design trends throughout the world.
In terms of handle design, trends evolve much more quickly than finishes do. Of late, there are two clear styles that are dominating the market. Both incorporate clean, straight lines and a noticeable lack of curvature while maintaining an ergonomic feel.
